Memphis Housing Stats
Memphis-area home sales for February decreased 9.4% from a year ago, with 959 total sales recorded. Sales were down 17.4% from January, when there were 1,161 total sales. Average sales price from February-to-February was down 3.7%, at $236,899.
Inventory increased 3.5%, with 3,635 units listed for sale. February average DOM was 56 a 3.4% decrease from the previous month. Sales volume YTD decreased 3.3%, to $518.1 million.
The market total for pending sales is 1,244 for single family, 42 for condo and 25 for duplex with the average list price of $348,040.
