Memphis Housing Stats
Memphis-area home sales for July increased 14.9% from a year ago, with 1,451 total sales recorded. Average sales price was down 1.1%, at $292,694.
There were 69 new home sales for July this year in Memphis, an increase of 4.5% from last year’s 66 new home sales, and the average sale price for new homes decreased 2%
The market total for pending sales is 1,516 for single family, 50 for condo and 22 for duplex with the average list price of $342,227.
Total inventory increased just under 9.1%, with 3,759 units listed for sale.
