Dealing with the sale of my Mother’s house was a very difficult time for me. The sale went through a conservatorship and every detail had to be approved by the court. Needless to say, this will go a long way toward ensuring the future care of my Mom. Rebecca made sure all paperwork was completed in a timely manner and even went out of her way to come to my home, explaining everything in detail. On the rare occasion I could not get to my Mother before a showing, etc., Rebecca was there to make sure my Mom was not alone, frightened or scared (due to my Mom’s dementia). My Mother never felt uneasy or taken advantage due to Rebecca’s patience and kindness. She is truly dedicated to her clients. We could never have done this without you. Our family loves Rebecca and would highly recommend her to anyone needing to sell or purchase a home.

Rebecca is the best and I can’t just emphasize on that enough. She got us into a really find home in Cordova TN when we decided to relocate, and when we were ready to move out of it, all we had to do was call her and she took care of it all. She is the best. She had our house on the market for about 10-11 days and it was sold for more than the asking price.

Haven’t heard of that here before; but I trusted her and she didn’t disappoint me. Thank you so much Rebecca for all you did for I and my family and I hope everyone out there understands that it isn’t what you say but what you do that really matters. Rebecca has proven herself in both ways in dealing with us and I will always vouch for her with hands on my heart that she is the best when it comes to taking care of business and also being friend.

Rebecca is the ultimate professional. Always quick to answer questions and always ready to help sell your home in a timely manner. I took a photo job in Ft Wayne, IN the day after we listed our house for sale. The house sold 2 days later for the amount we hoped to get. Rebecca handled the paperwork and kept us abreast of the entire process and made it a seamless process.
